A BRAND NEW MONTH - A BRAND NEW BUSINESS

PURPOSE

Do you look back at each month and wish that you would have been more fruitful? Do you feel that your previous month wasn’t productive? The good news is that you don’t have to dwell on the previous month because you cannot do anything about what has passed. But what you can do is take every new month as an opportunity for a new beginning!

New beginnings are the time for stepping back to plan for better results. It is the time to correct and assess the results from the previous month. It is the time to set the bar higher and reach for loftier goals.

So, if you didn’t reach the promotion, sponsor the number of people you wanted, or sold the number of units you needed, today is the time to start with a clean slate and get started on the right foot, hitting the ground running and achieve all you set out and more!

The question of the hour however is WILL YOU? Will you set a goal right now and write it down, tell someone so they hold you accountable and take the necessary steps to accomplishing that goal. I have seen it time and time again.

Here’s a little story about Mary and Martha.

DIRECTED

Mary is the one who realized that her network marketing business is a BUSINESS. She also is the one that realized that although having parties in her home, cold calling, etc., all the things that are traditional to network marketing are somewhat effective ways to grow her business. She also is the one who realized that if a traditional business grows with different strategies and the leaders of network marketing businesses grow with different strategies such as Marketing, she should do what they do because they are successful. Mary is the one who sets a goal every single month. She writes it down (very important action item write the vision down and make it plain), she tells someone in order for her to be held accountable for her goals, and last she actually achieves them because of the aforementioned steps.

Martha on the other hand worked her family and her friends to exhaustion. She had parties at her home weekly, she was faithful to attending meetings and calls. Martha essentially was spinning her wheels and didn’t achieve the level of success as Mary which inevitably led to her frustration and the demise of her business. Martha was fulfilling the true definition of insanity, which is doing the same thing over and over with the expectation of receiving a different result.

SUCCESS

The problem wasn't that Martha was a hard-worker. She increased her activities, but the problem was she was increasing what is not working and never achieve success. I know you have heard of the old adage that practice makes perfect. That is garbage, PERFECT practice makes perfect. Because if you are practicing the wrong thing you will only perfect how to do it wrong.

The way to success in network marketing isn’t to get busier it is to become more productive. This is a new month and it is time for you to do something different that works. Start the next month on the Right foot. Change your activity –RIGHT NOW – and expect GREAT things to happen! I can help you get started and achieve PURPOSE DIRECTED SUCCESS.
