Long before his name became synonymous with network marketing or MLM strategies C. William Harper, II was a 20 year veteran of the Multi-Level Marketing Industry.

Born in Steubenville, Ohio to two factory workers, Harper aspired to be a professional football player. Upon the realization of the improbability of this goal and a few knee and shoulder injuries, he shifted gears and received his undergraduate degree in Journalism, his graduate degree in Marketing and is poised to complete his Doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Harper is an efficiencies expert earning a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional certification.  He is an accomplished marketing strategist and operations professional and looks to apply his business acumen and professional expertise into the Network Marketing Industry.  His desire is to assist those contemplating entering into the industry, help those struggling in the industry, and enhance those who are successful in the industry, through leadership strategies and tried and true business essentials.  He wants to not only aid individuals in becoming more productive, but also support them in becoming more efficient in allowing them to reach their success at a more rapid pace with a solid foundation so that the success is long term.  Through Harper’s PURPOSE DIRECTED SUCCESS (PDS) series, he seeks to deliver the most dynamic, innovative and fundamentally sound information pertaining to the Network Marketing Industry that can be seamlessly applied to any organization.
