Have you ever felt frustrated about not being able to have the time or money to enjoy your life the way you thought you would? Are you lacking the belief that you can have a life that is on your terms and not someone else’s? Do you feel overwhelmed by the effort that you put into creating dreams for others and yours seem to be dormant or nonexistent? Have you ever felt stuck in a circumstance where by you feel you do not have control over your life and it seems as if someone else besides God is dictating what your life’s outcome will be? I am here to tell you that we have choices. Our choices have not been taken away from us because they were bought with a price.
We recently celebrated Independence Day or as it is commonly referred to as the Fourth of July for our country. Most countries have their own form of that so no matter where you are in the world I believe that you will understand it. The concept here was that our country was looking for independence. They reached a point where they said that enough was enough and we need to seek freedom for ourselves. In fact, in our country now we enjoy a lot of freedom. We are free to come to church and worship, we are free to choose what we want to be when we grow up, we are free to choose where we want to live, we are free to choose most of the things that affect our daily lives. We enjoy these freedoms because our country made a decision that we need to enjoy independence for our lives even if it means that we must start another country.
Forget about politics and what country you are from for just a moment. I want to ask you a couple of questions-- Is independence important to you? Is freedom important to you? It is very important to me and it is for a lot of my friends. I pray that it is important to you because becoming independent means a lot of things. The dependent person in my opinion is living half a life. The dependent person is pushing down his or her dreams in support of someone else’s dreams. The dependent person is vulnerable and subject to circumstances, luck, timing and positioning. Conversely, the independent person is not. The independent person has options, choices, time and ultimately freedom to be able to enjoy the life that they were placed on this earth to enjoy. So if you do not have independence today and you want independence. Well, here is the million dollar question. Are you prepared to do what is necessary to obtain it? Or, are you going to go through the motions depending upon other people and other situations in order to survive.
If you are serious about your independence and freedom there is no better vehicle that I know of to be able to create true independence of time and money and choices than working in the network marketing profession. The network marketing profession provides all of that for you. Now, I do not want you to think that it will come by osmosis. Not at all, you have to work hard. Freedom is not free and you have to work hard in order to reach the other side where independence lives. Someone paid the price for us to have the freedom to enjoy our lives in the manner that we desire, whether it was ultimately on the cross or through serving in the military – our freedom was not free. Therefore the same can be said for your freedom. It is not free and you will have to pay a price through hard work.
I do not think that working hard is a problem for most especially when it comes to their freedom. I believe that no one really minds working hard or paying the price because after all you are paying it for someone else right now. As long as a person knows that freedom is available, working hard will come easily. For those of you involved in network marketing and in this great profession I want to say kudos to you. I am proud of you for being in the search for freedom and independence for your life. You are on the right path and remember to just continue developing your skills because in the end the skills are what are going to lead you to freedom.
