Do you ever feel overwhelmed with not having the right tools to build your team? Have you ever been frustrated about the company not giving you the help that you need to be successful? Do you feel stuck as if you do not have the necessary answers for growth within your business? Do you lack the contacts that could make everything in your business perfect and would allow you to become the number one top income earner? Well, guess what everything you need to be successful in network marketing is within your reach. Does that surprise you?
Everything you need is within your reach regardless of background, education, contacts, social status, the car you drive, the home you live in, whether you are male or female, etc. None of those things matter because the thing that we all have in common is the ability to reach. And that seems to be the biggest hurdle that we create for ourselves which is to reach. We must reach, you have to engage in order to reach out for what you need. There are books that will help you but you actually have to buy them, or request them and then you have to actually read them and apply the knowledge. There are videos with powerful information but you actually have to listen to them. There are events that you can attend in your local market and in your local city but you need to attend. There are products in your company that can help you but you need to use them. There are corporate events in your town but you need to go. With my team I have made myself extremely accessible and I have informed them that I would help take the guess work out for them by creating videos, blogging, using social media, emailing, writing books, etc. But in the end you have to take the steps. You need to reach, ask, and search. It is funny how what we seem to do in business so dovetails what the Bible says which is seek and you will find, knock and the door will open, ask and you will receive. But do you notice that even then you have to actively do something. Seeking is an action. Knocking is an action. Asking is an action.
You are able to find whatever information that you need if you look -- it is all out there if you search for it. It could be available right under your nose but the reason that you may not notice is because you really are not looking. There are launches, webinars, booklets, videos, blogs, etc that are created just waiting for you to acquire. But the Key to making all this work is YOU taking the information and not only absorbing it and taking it in you have to go just one small step further and apply it. If you were told to talk to someone and ask them to be on a presentation call then you have to actually pick up the phone and talk to the person (not leave a message) and follow the remaining steps in order for them to be on the call. These are very simple things but no matter how simple, they have to be done and do you notice you have not gone anywhere other than around you to make it happen.
Your job once you receive the information is you have to reach, then reach again but this time into your own capabilities to recruit 20 new people in thirty days. Everything that you need is within your reach. I pray that you hear what I am saying today because it was the very thing that turned things around for me. I kept waiting for my upline to tell me something, I kept waiting for my business to provide, I kept waiting for the training systems to take care of it, I kept waiting, and waiting and waiting. But I had an epiphany a revelation if you will, it wasn’t them it was me. I realized that if I took a step and reached out anything and everything that I needed was right there all the time. Everything you need is within your reach but you need to reach. My prayer for you is to become a Network Marketing professional and get Purpose Directed Success today!
